International Student Employment Program

The International Student Employment Program (ISEP) creates meaningful on-campus employment opportunities for Acadia’s international students during the Fall and Winter semesters.

ISEP positions provide an opportunity to gain work experience, build professional skills, make connections on campus, and earn income while studying at Acadia.

ISEP Positions

ISEP-funded positions are:

  • 7 hours per week
  • paid at $17/hour plus vacation pay
  • offered for 10 weeks in the Fall, 10 weeks in the Winter, or both terms

ISEP positions are available specifically to international students.

Students may hold only one ISEP-funded position at a time, helping ensure that employment opportunities are available to as many international students as possible.

Finding and Applying for ISEP Jobs

Approved Fall 2026 ISEP positions will be posted to the Career Services Job Board and identified as ISEP positions.

To view postings, you will need to log in to the Career Services portal.

Applications are submitted directly to the supervisor listed on each job posting. Supervisors will review applications and make their own interview and hiring decisions.
